We manage and operate activities in spare parts, critical components, repairs and other specialised services which are prolonging the technical life time of equipment. Our principals are specialised in end-of-life components, repairs and rare spare parts that are crucial for the continuation of the production and operations of our clients.
One of the activities of Nafore is representing Unis group (The Netherlands), a leading provider of repairs.
For the expansion of Unis Group activities in Russia we are looking for an account manager. This is an exciting new role, which will bring you at the forefront of the development of a unique service in Russia.
• Prospecting clients in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
• Building excellent relationships with potential clients, including heads of procurement departments and heads of technical workshop.
• Ensuring consistent lead generation with potential clients.
• Providing high quality technical and commercial information into CRM system.
• Support in sales events, client events, exhibitions, etc.
• Following up on sales requests and orders in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to create and learn the prospecting process.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to create and learn the lead qualification process.
• Bachelor’s degree; IT, business or engineering preferred.
• Minimum of three years in an account manager role, or similar experience.
• Affinity with the technical sector and/or electronic components is an advantage.
• Strong intrapersonal skills: learning ability, eagerness to perform, self-starter, pro-active, service orientation, emotional intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hardworking, persistent, accurate and responsible.
• Positive and enthusiastic.
• In your induction period, you will be working from our Moscow office to create a client base, by means of telemarketing;
• After the induction period, you will be further trained in the Netherlands;
• As an account manager, you will spend one day per week in the Moscow office, and the rest visiting prospects around Russia.
• Fixed base salary, plus quarterly performance bonus, plus sales commission
